    1. Hello Mary, we have a meeting tonight at 7:30pm. I will check with the club about the mix we use. I will check the pancake mix and the cooking spray and get back to you. Thanks for asking!

      1. Hello Mary, I talked to the club and we can not 100% prevent the possibility of coming in contact with peanuts. We would recommend bringing her EpiPen as a precaution. We have not had any problems in the past, but we checked the manufacturers websites and what they have posted is below:

INGREDIENTS: Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, may contain malted barley flour), sugar, dextrose, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), soy flour, canola or soybean oil, salt, buttermilk, guar gum, sodium stearoyl lactylate.

        CONTAINS: Wheat, soy and milk.

Made on equipment that makes products containing eggs and tree nuts.
Refer to the package for the most current ingredient information.

We also use Pam cooking spray and brown and serve sausages. Here is what their website says:

        Is PAM® gluten-free?
PAM® Original, PAM® Butter, and PAM® Olive Oil do not contain any ingredients derived from wheat products. However, PAM® Baking is not gluten-free, as it contains real flour, which is derived from wheat.

Is there MSG in the natural flavors?
No, PAM® does not contain MSG.

What type of olive oil is in PAM® Olive Oil cooking spray?
Only extra-virgin olive oil is used in this PAM® product. In fact, this gives it a distinct olive-oil fragrance.

Is there lactose in any of the PAM® products?
        All PAM® varieties are lactose-free.
